Terms of service

The agreement between your business and maggio. Last updated 1 January 2026.

The agreement

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of the entity you represent. If you do not have authority to do so, do not use the service.

The service

maggio provides a hosted platform for managing and automating customer conversations across messaging channels. Features may change; we will not materially reduce a feature you rely on without notice.

Your responsibilities

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate another party, to distribute malware, or in breach of any messaging provider's policies. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Consent

You are responsible for obtaining and recording valid consent from the people you message, and for honouring opt-outs.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the actions taken by users you invite.

Commercial terms

Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan you select. Usage-based charges, including per-conversation fees levied by messaging providers, are billed in arrears.

Term and termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. We may suspend immediately for non-payment or for acceptable-use violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
